Our bagel story begins in 2020 when co-owners Kelton & Dennis began baking bagels in their home kitchen for their family. Slowly evolving into something bigger, this father son duo decided to turn their passion into a business. They began selling their product in the Grande Prairie Farmers Market and Local Butcher shops and are now established in a commercial kitchen and storefront of their own. The two “Papa’s” with the help and support of their wives have since perfected their bagel dough recipe, created new flavours to expand their menu, and are rolling each bagel by hand to ensure that they have created a product that will not disappoint.
